The building also had to be built to the correct building regulations specification to allow for people working inside. In addition the building is adjacent to the main swimming and leisure complex, so fire regulations had to be taken into account. LGS were selected and provided an extremely cost effective yet high quality cold rolled steel framed solution, incorporating insulated cladding, an insulated sectional overhead door and pedestrian doors.

The entire build was completed within 9 weeks of the order being placed. Time on site was less than 3 weeks. The nature of the cold rolled system also meant no heavy plant or cranes were needed, therefore minimising disruption on a busy site.

The site owners have given LGS further work as a result of the initial build.
