Light industrial unit (Ripon)
Our client is a well-known and highly regarded family-owned business with five business parks across the UK, totalling some 1.6million square feet.
Historically they have built much larger buildings, but they had a requirement for a smaller, 4000sqft unit on their Ripon site.
The building is 5m high to eaves, and ideal for one of our cold rolled frames, and we were appointed to design, supply and construct the building.
The client’s in-house construction team handled the groundworks, drainage, services and fit out.
The unit was built using an LGS cold rolled frame, Kingspan Group LPC approved fully insulated cladding, with locally made powder coated insulated electric roller doors and high-quality British made PA doors.
The result is an extremely attractive, high quality unit in a great location, built quickly and cost effectively.
